hari nie ada kenduri di rumah nenek aku.

hari nie jam 2pm aku ada appt ngan Physcian kat Pantai Spital ...semoga semuanya berjalan lancar...rasanya aku nya hypertension dah ok kot .
adoi hai apasal le aku nyer BMI 31....obesity tahap 1...rasa cam dah kawal makan je.... nasi 1 senduk...sekali sehari.dah dapat carbohidrat 20%..sayur 50% dari hidangan...protein 30 % cuma aku tak senaman je...& tak buat aktivti berat...kerja tak keluarkan peluh....pasal tu le tak kurus2......

tak pernah ku alami

Tiba jam 4 pagi bila ku sedar dari tidur ..buka saja mata aku rasa tak stabil..dunia ku seakan berpusing2...kalau aku beritahu org...adakah dia akan percaya.....
Jam 9.30 aku dah bersiap2 atas tugas yg dipertanggung jawapkan keatas ku..aku perlu beri ceramah kepada ibu2 hamil....
alhamdulillah kerja2 ku selesai dgn lancar...

jam 2pm kembali rasa berpusing2..selepas selsai sembahyang zohor....aku memang tak boleh rendahkan kepala....bila selesai sujud @ rendahkan kepala..aku mula rasa tak stabil ..berpusing2 pandangan ku serta rasa loya .....Adoii risaunya

alhamdulillah dah sembuh ...aku risau ianya akan berulang2
